The clock was bench tested but does not run. The chime does work when the strike.
Both main springs seem to be okay. The clock needs to be serviced.
The clock is complete, but the bell looks like a replacement and seems smaller than. The original, but it sounds great when tested. The clock measures about 12x6x3.
