Antique Seth Thomas 4 1/2 Porcelain Face Art Nouveau Mantle Clock Works
Acquired at an estate sale is this antique Seth Thomas porcelain face clock with a metal art nouveau style housing in gold tone finish with patina. The clock works and keep accurate time. Beveled glass with frame works and is free of damage.
Includes a pendulum weight and key. It rings one bell ring on the half-hour and chimes on the hour. The number of chimes matches the hour (for example: at 4 oclock it chimes 4 times).
There is no damage to the porcelain face. Inside the Seth Thomas mechanism is marked 4 ½ and Seth Thomas Made in U. Dimensions: 11 inches tall in the front, 4 ¾ inches across the glass door, clock face is 3 ¾ inches, 8 ¼ inches wide across the front at the feet, 4 ½ inches wide (front to back), 10 inches tall in the back and 5 ¼ inches across the back access door.
