Antique Seth Thomas Westminster Deco Mantle Clock
Please consider this Seth Thomas 8 day mantle clock with the Westminster chimes and a Deco look. The clock is 10 and 1/2 inches tall, 8 and 1/2 inches wide and 6 inches deep. The clock movement has been cleaned and tested so is in good operating condition for both time and chime functions.
The movement is marked as model 124 and has the Seth Thomas symbol. The clock plays the Westminster melody at each quarter hour and then also counts the number of the hour on the hour. The wood case has the original finish and is in good shape given the age of the clock, heavy clock for the size.The metal dial is in good condition and carries the Seth Thomas name. Both the front and rear doors operate correctly. The pendulum and key both appear to be original to the clock.
