Because half the time we dont have the slightest idea what were doing, (Old age), It will be up to you to do your own research to determine what this item is, if its complete, or how old it is. I wound it one week ago and it's still running and keeping good time. Its Bakelite case could use a good cleaning and its glass lens looks like it has crazing to it. I don't have its original key, so it won't come with a key to wind and set it. I used a standard clock key from one of our clocks to wind it. Only comes with what is described and shown in my photos.
