8011 Figural Metal Clock Guardian Angel with Praying Child ca. This listing is for a Seth Thomas cast metal figural mantle clock. The clock features a young child praying to her Guardian Angel.

This is a fairly rare clock and to find it professionally serviced, running, and in excellent cosmetic condition is even more rare. The clock has an 8 day movement and a bell chime that strikes on the half hour and hour. The clock has been professionally serviced, including cleaning, oiling, bushing repairs, and adjustments.

It is in excellent running condition, keeping accurate time. The clock is marked as Seth Thomas & Sons Co. It is in beyond excellent vintage condition. The original gilt finish is near complete and beautiful with just a little loss of gold on the back of the angel's wings, not visible on display. The porcelain dial is clean as a whistle and free of any defects.

The heavy beveled glass is flawless. The clock comes with the original pendulum and a replacement key (with a F/S end). The clock measures 16-1/2" tall X 14-1/4" wide X 7-1/4 deep. It weighs about 17 lbs.
