Seth Thomas 8-day Bell strike Shelf clock with an alarm. The clock dates from around 1880 and has the large Seth Thomas lyre movement. The movement was just ultrasonically cleaned and oiled and is in excellent running condition.
It strikes the hours only not the half hour which is typical for a clock from this period. The case has its original finish and original old wavy glass. There's a few chips in the veneer which you can see in the picture. It also has the original painted tin dial which is in Fairly Nice condition. It comes with a key to wind the clock and also to lock the door.
