Working 1916 Seth Thomas adamatine mantle bim bam clock Nice! Free Shipping
This clock was restored about 25 years ago and sat in a closet ever since. The face has turned a bit darker since then. This had a silvered face, But was polished because the brass underneath was bleading through, It originally looked really nice, but has turned. The movement was rebuilt and still works Great.
The clock also comes with the double ended key (not shown) I have nver seen this clock in the Bim Bam version. On the half hour it hits the bim note. The pendulum swings nice, but with a slight angle so as to clear the chime block nicely. The round brass feet are like new still, as is the cabinet. Underneath it is stamped 1916.
The Mahogony celluloid wood finish is still very Dark - Wow! Not faded to an orangish color. This set up works great!The picture is part of the discription check them out and feel free to ask questions. There is much glare in the picture due to my old camera, and the shiny, shiny finish.
Don't let this unusuall bim bam get away, I have never never seen one before or after. I found a replacement face, it is white, It is real good, Check out the last two photos. I will toss this face in, but you will have to do the replacement yourself. Thankyou and have a blessed day.
