Antique circa 1910 good quality American manufactured Corinthian style'Adamantine' mantle clock by Seth Thomas fashioned in hard wood with a pressed celluloid veneer alike unto the traditional 19th century slate mantle clock, features faux marble columns and slate exterior with stylised Pietra-Dura inlay to the top of the clock case, clock dial is in enamel with Roman chapter display finished with a gold foiled embossed central set decorative halo set beneath gilded bezel frame with original glass dust cover intact, clock case features double gilded metal lion head and rung handles and the fluted feet that support the clock are in the same gilded metal, the clock movement features chimes on the hour and every half an hour, the movement is key wound as is the chimes feature, the clock is in full working order, running without issue, some light age related wear, nothing serious, the clock measures 29 cm x 32 c mx 18 cm in dimension.
