Here is a recent Estate Find. This is a Rare Vintage Working 1944 WWII Seth Thomas Clock Company US Navy Bakelite Radio Room Sector Clock. These Were Used in U. Military Battleship Radio Rooms in Conjunction With Radar and Observers To Track The Movements Of Enemy Aircrafts and Planes. This is the Large Version of this Clock and Measures approx. 10 3/4" in Diameter with a 8" Dial. The Case is Made of Black Bakelite and Has a Hinged Bezel with Porthole Style Design. It is Signed "W E CO KS9260". The Dial is a Polychrome Dial Signed "Made by Seth Thomas in USA". This is a Key Wound Clock and Includes the Winding Key. It Has a Seth Thomas 8 Day Brass Mechanical Wind-Up Spring Driven Movement with Balance Wheel and Lever Escapement. This is in Good Working Condition Too! This Will Make a Great Addition to Any Collection!!!
