I did some research in the clock and below is what I came up with. This Seth Thomas Westminster chime mantel clock has a No. The cover on the back of the clock says KENBURY-1W MODEL No. The case is mahogany with a lighter wood inlay band across the bottom.

124 movement in this clock has the date code 5204 (April 1952) if I read it correctly and the bottom of the case has the date code 5304 (April 1953). I was able to get the chimes to play. Far left and far right can be turned counter clockwise but the middle wind will not go counter clockwise. Glass is in good shape.

Weight looks like it has had a rough life (scratches). Overall could use a good cleaning especially the metal ring of the cover. I watched a video on how to repair but beyond what I can do.
