Up for sale is an. Antique Seth Thomas 295-A Adamantine Mantle Clock Green Circa 1906 Pat 1880!! This is a super cool antique mantle clock that is made by Seth Thomas Clock Co. This piece is all original and runs and keeps time well.

I oiled this piece on 6/16/21 lightly, but it could use a thorough and good cleaning. It is constructed of wood with adamantine coverings throughout which are mostly black and some faux green marble. The columns, lion heads, and feet are all metal. It runs well and keeps time well but DOES NOT HAVE THE ORIGINAL KEY!!! It does have the original movement though and this is all in great shape, all original.

The original label is also on the back of it denoting that it is the "295-A" model which is quite nice. This piece was produced in 1906 and has an 1880 patent to it. There is one scrape on the top right where it rubbed against something white and has a white mark there, please see the photos for this. PLEASE NOTE: These old clocks can be finicky sometimes, and really need to be on a perfectly level, flat and hard surface in order to work effectively. If you do not have it PERFECTLY level, it will slow and eventually stop running pretty quickly. It measures in at 16 1/2" wide, 6 3/4" deep, and 11 tall.
