This is a rare Seth Thomas Princeton from their city series clocks. This is one of the larger in the series and its in very nice condition.

The movement is clean and appears have been recently cleaned, although I have no maintenance records. I dont t see any issues severe enough to report specifically. I would consider the clock to have less wear than should be expected. Its a seldom seen clock and its priced to sell so dont miss it! Accuracy is rarely tested and maintenance records are unknown unless otherwise specified.
