Seth Thomas City Series Atlanta Mantel Clock
This is the Seth Thomas "Atlanta" model from their City Series of clocks. It is all original and rare in this condition.
It has a beautiful rosewood and walnut finish and is very nice inside and outside. The glass is in good condition. The 6 dial is excellent and original. It has a patent date of July 30, 1878, printed on it and the "ST" logo.
It is time and strike with a 2 1/2 cathedral bell. The door latch works by turning the knob.
The clock winds easily and is running nicely. The movement has been serviced and oiled. Would make a great addition to any collection. The location should be flat and the clock level. PLEASE NOTE: Although this clock is working well, it is an antique and can possibly develop problems at any time.
