The count arm that strikes the bell needs re-attached. The time spring winds and holds tension, the clock does strike but doesnt stop until it runs down.
Theres no key or pendulum, but when wound the pendulum holder moves back and forth, probably wont take much to get it running, Im sure itll need cleaning and lubrication. The door and beveled glass are in good shape, very little slack in the hinge/. It has a signed porcelain dial that needs grommets, and has minor damage as seen in the pics. The clock measures approximately 15&1/2 X 9 X 6 and weighs 12 lbs.
