Seth Thomas Tambour Style Mantel Table Shelf Clock 8 Day Time and Strike 89

  
This is one of Seth Thomas's Tambour style mantel clocks. I believe this one is mostly untouched with an early, likely original finish. It has a dark patina and shows some alligatoring in the shellac. The dial has a few scuffs but is overall nice and very likely original.

The pendulum bob is original The key is a replacement. The clock was not tested but ran few minutes chimed on the hour and 1/2 hour. The case has a few scruffs but nothing that shouldn't be expected from 100+ year old clock.

The clock uses the model 89 movement and has the signature "ST" hands. I would leave it original, but it would also make a great base for a full restoration. Its priced to sell so don't miss it! Thomas Tambour Style Mantel Table Shelf Clock 8 Day Time and Strike 89.
