Vtg Seth Thomas Bracket Clock 3 Chime Options Model 1325 Seth Royal Runs Strikes & Chimes! Would make a great gift for a special occasion, or keep for yourself! The Seth Thomas Clock Company was based in Thomaston, CT and would have made the case and assembled it. This clock is much bigger than the normal bracket clocks you see that only have the Westminster Chimes with 4 strike rods. This is the Seth Royal Model No. The clock has 8 strike hammers to handle the 3 chime options. The movement was made in West Germany. A company called Talley Industries had acquired Seth Thomas by the time this clock was made. This clock dates to mid-1980s based upon paperwork and an anniversary plate with the clock in a separate package. The clock has a switch on the face for Silent Chime or one of the three chime options of Whittington, St. Nice looking bracket clock for you here. The clock has a light brownish stained what appears to be oak wood case. There are no chips, cracks or missing pieces. Has two fluted columns on either side of the clock face. The front door has a blemish down by the bottom right hinge. The bottom sides have some minor scuffs to the finish. The front door is securely attached to the case and the glass in it is intact in the door as well. The front door latch is not working correctly, so the door swings freely.

The side glass pieces are in place and intact as well. Good looking gold and silver colored metal clock face. The hands match and look appropriate to the clock. The clock has some of the original operating instruction manuals and repair paperwork with it.

The gold colored lacquer metal movement is a 1050-020 that was made by Franz Hermle in Germany. Per the paperwork with the clock, a new movement was put into this clock in 1999. The clock does run, strike and chime as expected.

The Seth Thomas Clock is 17.5" tall, by 14-7/8" across, by 7-5/8 wide. The clock face is 5-7/8 across. The clock will come with a wind key. Let us know if you have any questions or need additional pictures. Dont be shy to make an offer, we are always open to reasonable suggestions.
