1890's Antique Seth Thomas Mantel Shelf Clock Working Adamantine
An attractive clock that displays and performs great. Measuring 12.5" tall, 16" long and 6 deep, this is a working clock that keeps accurate time.
The case is in good condition with some wear and finish loss on some edges(see the lower front and left side edges). The case hardware is in excellent condition.All the parts of this clock are original. The 4.5" metal dial, 5.5" bezel, and glass are all in very good condition.
The 8-day brass movement is clean and works correctly. The movement correctly strikes on a gong every half and full hour. The strikes are deep, rich and resonating. Recently cleaned, serviced and tested, comes with its original winding key, an extra and adjustable pendulum.
