1910's Antique Seth Thomas Mantel Shelf Clock Working Adamantine
An outstanding clock that displays and performs great. Measuring 11" tall, 8.5" wide and 5.5 deep, this is a working clock that keeps accurate time. The case is in very good condition with very few marks(see minor repair above and below dial)displaying its original finish.
All the parts of this clock are original. The 4.75 dial is in very good condition with minor aging visible. The 5.5 bezel and glass are in very good condition.
The 8-day brass movement is very clean and functions correctly. The movement strikes on a gong every half hour and full hour. The strikes are softer and resonating. Cleaned, serviced and tested, comes with its original pendulum and two winding keys.
Both attractive and functional, an excellent example of fine American craftsmanship.
