1910 Seth Thomas Mantle Clock 6 Full Column Lion Heads Black Green Adamantine
This is a 1910 Seth Thomas Mantle Clock that looks beautiful and runs well. The style is an upscale 6 column design with a green "Adamantine" and black finish. There are brass accents on the feet and columns and lion heads on the ends of the cabinet. A gong strikes for the hours and a single bell rings at the half hour. It has an 8-day moment (89c) and comes with a key.
This clock is a show piece in very good, running condition. It is more than 100 years old and still going strong, but does have a few minor blemishes. The clock exterior has not been restored so it has patina that gives it character.
See pictures to further assess the condition. The clockworks were overhauled in 1998, but has not needed any repairs since. I have proudly owned this clock for more than 32 years.
