Antique Seth Thomas Westminster Mantle Clock
Please consider this antique 8 day Seth Thomas mantle clock with the Westminster chimes. The clock is 13 and 1/2 inches tall, 10 and 1/2 inches wide and 7 inches deep. The clock movement has been cleaned and tested so is in good operating condition. The clock movement is marked with the Seth Thomas symbol and the very desirable model number 113.
The clock plays the Westminster melody at each quarter hour and then also counts the number of the hour on the hour. Clock uses the Mayland chime set.
The wood case is very solid, has the original finish and is in good condition. The dial is metal, marked as Seth Thomas and is in super condition.
Has the chime silence knob and the time adjustment knob at the top. Glass over the dial is very good.
Both the front and rear door operate correctly. The pendulum appears to be original to the clock and the key is old and works correctly.
