Seth Thomas 1907 adamantine mantel clock
Seth Thomas adamantine mantel clock. This model is not listed in Tran Duy Ly's third edition, but looks alot like the Everett model made in 1909 except the top and center case engravings. This clock was built 7091j shown on the bottom which is October 1907. This clock was completely disassembled, cleaned and rebuilt using all the original hardware. The 4 1/2 time and strike movement has been cleaned and oiled. This movement strikes the hour on a cathedral gong and half hour on the bell. Movement has been bench tested for 48 hours, installed and tested for an additional 48 hours. All brass has been cleaned and laquered. Feet and ornaments have been ultrasonicly cleaned and re-gilded to it's original finish. The original label on the rear has been treated with a non acidic archival coating.
The clock is all original. The clock has very few blemishes.
I leave my clocks in their natural state unless requested to completely restore them. I do not guarantee the movements unless they have been rebuilt. Clock comes with original key, setup level and laminated copies of original warrenty and set up directions. I have included an additional key being the original is worn beyond use.
