Here is a recent estate find. This is a Rare Antique 19th Century SETH THOMAS Victorian Walnut Parlor Mantel Shelf Clock, made by the Seth Thomas Clock Company USA. It has a Large Ornate Walnut Wood Case with Reverse Painted Gold Gilded Glass in Excellent Condition, Very Clean! The Dial has been Replaced.

It has a Rare Signed Seth Thomas Lyre Brass Mechanical 8 Day "Time and Strike" Key Wound Movement with Cathedral Coil Spring Gong Chime , which Works and Strikes Correctly! There are 2 Winding Arbors, and It includes a Winding Key and Pendulum. 22 1/4" Tall x 13 3/4" Wide x 5 1/2 Deep. This Clock needs Attention, It Runs for a little bit and stops, and needs a Good Cleaning and some Adjustments to Run Correctly!
