Up for your consideration is this Antique circa 1904 Seth Thomas K6552 Walnut 8 Day Mantle Clock or Parlor clock. I have been told by my client it does work.
This Eclipse clock model would commonly be known as a Ball Top during this time if finials were atop. A highly collectible and iconic clock; the clock strikes on the half hour and counts the hours on an internal gong.
It also has a working effective alarm. The clock measures 15.5 in height, 13.5 wide, and 4 in depth.
