I can't find any information about this company except for an old advertisement, couldn't find any other examples to compare this one to. The molded right side edge looks to have been replaced, the punch handle pulls right off.

The tin backing is clearly newer, I have no idea what is running behind there. If you're looking for something unique, your neighbor probably doesn't have one of these. Measures about 22" x 10 1/2".
