Ding Dong Strike #1 Model. Seth Thomas 5 inch Celluloid Dial, the dial remains in original untouched condition. This clock has seen very good care, there are no signs of abuse or neglect however there is a loss of Adamantine off the lower right front of the case. Original backboard with Seth Thomas Label.

Clock measures 14 inches in length by 11 3/4 inches in height. Movement is a stamped Seth Thomas 89T movement model. This spring driven 8 day time & strike movement announces the half hour and it also announces and counts the hour on 2 good sounding Sonora Bells. The movement has been ultrasonically cleaned and oiled and is in very good operating condition and keeping good time here at the house.

The Roeswood adamantine finish is original and still has the eye appeal. Clock is in good overall condition there is a nick in the front of the case towards the bottom of the clock. There is some normal wear but this is a used antique clock that was in service for many years.

Brass bezel is in very good condition it opens and closes correctly and stays shut and does not pop open prematurely. Original convex glass to protect the dial.
