The chime hammer/arm is missing/broken off but other than that I don't see any other defects. It has been well-preserved and is in very good condition, but it is in need of repair. You can start the pendulum manually but it stops swinging after several seconds. I have not taken the clock to a repair shop but I do know it was working at one time but not any longer. This clock would make a great addition to any collection of decorative collectibles.
This clock is perfect for collectors who appreciate vintage items from the 19th century. Please review the pictures carefully prior to making an offer and feel free to reach out if you'd like any additional pictures or have any questions.
