I cannot read markings but i believe The clock was manufactured in the United States in the early 1900s by Seth Thomas, a well-known brand in the clock industry. Using a plyers I wound the clock enough to test the movement, it works but I cannot swear to keeping accurate time. Not being an expert, I have listed a method I think appropriate for the item.
