SETH THOMAS OFFICE CALENDAR No. #4 Ca. 1870

  

Seth Thomas # 4 Calendar Wall clock. Old original clock that has been nicely restored. The upper and lower dials have been redone by the Dial House. Movement is cleaned and runs strong. It is a time only wind with its original over wind stop.

Both upper and lower glasses look to be original. Calendar Movement is controlled by double rods riding on a kidney shape cam. On the back of the upper time movement. 12 1/2 inch time dial with a 11 inch time ring.

Lower calendar dial is 8 inch dia. There is no Hour strike. Calendar clocks are getting a little hard to find.
