The clock measures 9.5" tall, 6" wide and 5.25 deep. A professional timekeeper has replaced both mainsprings, ultrasonically cleaned the movement, serviced and tested the timing.
The case is in very good condition with no breaks or dents. The beveled glass is in very good condition on all 4 sides.There is a very difficult to see the chip on the backdoor right lower corner. The case has been polished and displays well. There are scratches on the top and bottom brass surfaces. The 3.75 porcelain dial is in excellent condition.
The 8-day brass movement is marked Seth Thomas and it works correctly. This clock keeps accurate time.
The movement strikes on a gong every half and full hour. The strikes are slower, soft and deeply resonating. The original flux metal tube adjustable pendulum is in great shape. Comes with its original pendulum, original key and an extra Seth key. An attractive and functional timepiece that should provide many years of service.
