Seth Thomas Clock Bronze Look Case Jeweler Metal Face Runs and Strikes. Would make a great gift or keep for yourself! The clock has a great metal case that then was finished with some sort of finish to give it a bronze look.

Have not seen one with the finish looking as good as this clock's case for quite a while. There certainly is some minor finish loss and some dings along the edges, but the clock still shows well. Detailing and the topper give the clock a great look. The face on the clock is made of metal and has the name of a jeweler in NY on it, Mitchell, Vance & Co.

The clock hands match and look appropriate to the clock. The clock has a bell strike. One strike at the half hour and then strikes the hours on the hour.

The clock still has its' ball brass look legs on it as well. Comes with a winding key. The metal back is still on the clock. Shows some wear where it is attached by a screw to the body and the back cover is pulled apart on the left side and needs some attention. Latch to cover at bottom is not there. The clock is 12.5" tall, by 9.5" across, by 4.5 wide. Let us know if you have any questions or need additional pictures. If you have not had experience with old mechanical clocks before, I would suggest you steer clear. One really needs to have the patience, and skill to work with these great works of art. They are not our modern plug in and go, or change the battery clocks. Make sure that this clock meets your needs and requirements before deciding to acquire it.
